Una cuadra, una noche, todo el vecindario
On Halloween night, United Business Organization closes one block of Gaynor Avenue to traffic and opens it to Richmond families. From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the street belongs to kids in costume, local businesses, community organizations, and anyone who wants a safe, well-lit place to trick-or-treat.
There is nothing to buy and nothing to bring except a costume and a candy bag. Registration is free and takes a minute; it helps us plan enough candy, face paint, and food for everyone who shows up.
